Bowerchalke Barn is a stunning 16th century barn venue on the Wiltshire and Dorset border.
The old threshing barn is set in 1200 acres of picturesque farm land creating a stunning backdrop for weddings and events.
The exposed elm beams and vast thatched roof can accommodate 130 guests who will have exclusive use to relax during the day and party into the evening.
There is accommodation on site and many nearby options for guests to stay.
Some find a lack of mobile phone service refreshing and adds to the rural experience.
Andy and Lauren booked us for their wedding on the recommendation at Carolyn, the wedding co-ordinator at Bowerchalke.
They were planning a small intimate celebration in November.
After visited our website and reading our reviews they arranged a chat over Zoom to find out more and discuss their plans.
After paying a deposit we sent a login to our client platform for them to complete our questionnaire and provide all the important information we need.
An enjoyable date night followed, swiping through the most popular party tunes on our “Tinder” style app to provide guidance for our DJ.
They chose a track by Jordan Davis for their first dance and the country flavour continued into their party music with Darius Rucker, Taylor Swift and Rascal Flatts alongside party staples by Example, Macklemore and David Guetta.

Hampshire Event DJs are absolutely incredible!
The process of selecting songs was so unique and made for a fun evening.
Their platform was described as like Tinder, but for wedding music.
It’s easy to choose the songs that you definitely want played, that you don’t mind depending on the vibe and the songs you absolutely don’t want to be played at all.
It was so easy to use and made for a few fun evenings having some drinks and selecting music.
Charlie was our DJ for the evening and he definitely kept the vibe going throughout the night.
Before the evening, he spoke to the both of us to make sure that he had all the information he needed, if we had any last minute requests, and even to check what colour lights we wanted.
At the end of the night, he made sure that we had a good time and congratulated us again.
