Burley Manor is a 19th century former royal manor sitting in 5 acres of landscaped gardens with its own herd of deer.
It’s a fantastic destination venue for weddings at any time of year.
Ceremonies are held in the new Deer Park Barn before the couple and their guests move through to the main barn for their wedding breakfast.
After speeches and coffee the party begins in the main barn for larger parties or Deer Park for smaller crowds.
Before and after the Wedding Breakfast you can socialise on the decking and seating outside and there is a large lawn for games to keep your guests entertained.
Music Was Important
Alice and Warren approached us to be their Burley Manor Wedding DJ in 2020 after following our instagram.
Like many clients finding a DJ they could trust with the music was really important.
Their brief was to create an evening of music which flowed and ensured an always packed dance floor.
They also had a very strong idea of tracks they didn’t want to hear even if requested on the night.
They were confident we could deliver the kind of night they wanted.
Alice and Warren were fortunate not to have to postpone or reduce their number of guests due to Covid.
Their wedding was one week after the restrictions lifted and one of our first “normal” events of 2021.
There was a trend with post-lockdown weddings where dancing started later because guests were busy catching up after so long apart.
This was not one of those nights and the dance floor was full of fun from the moment the first dance finished.
