The Harbour Hotel Southampton is a luxury five star hotel built on the waterfront of its own private marina in Ocean Village.
It’s the perfect spot for a city centre waterfront wedding, landmark corporate event or a private party super yacht style.
The venue presents options to suit events of all sizes.
Smaller parties can be accommodated in the Needles suite, comprising of 4 segments which can be adapted based on your number of guests.
We’ve partied in the stunning Bow Room with corporate crowds of 260, picking out the feature pillars after dark with our uplighting at no extra cost.
If you came to a party here between 2018 and 2022 and the dance floor rocked, it would probably have been one of our team behind the decks.
Chloe and Chelsey approached us for their wedding in 2024 at the recommendation of the hotel.
We could tell instantly their party was going to be a lot of fun and were delighted when they booked.
We were just part of the a larger entertainment ensemble which including a daytime saxophonist and a post-dinner Adele tribute act who really amped up the vibes.
Before the cake cut and first dance guests took part in group shots with a difference.
Each table was called in turn to have their pictures with the seated brides.
The twist was they were given 30 seconds to get over to them and strike a pose.
We reacted quickly to the explanation and were able to provide suitable music for the dashing guests including themes from the Benny Hill show and quiz show Countdown.
The surprises did not end there.
After a dance with their fathers the girls took to the floor together.
Like many couples they had a choreographed routine for their first dance.
Chloe and Chelsey chose Cry To Me by Soloman Burke from Dirty Dancing with their own improvisation of the iconic lift from the film.

Because the Bow at the Harbour is so light during the summer months this sometimes can be challenging for guests who feel more confident dancing when it’s darker but we had no problem filling the floor all evening.
