The Master Builder’s House Hotel is part of the 18th century ship building village at Buckler’s Hard.
It offers the opportunity to celebrate in a truly distinctive riverside New Forest setting, surrounded by the history and character of the Beaulieu Estate.
The hotel sits directly on the banks of the Beaulieu River, with woodland walks, gardens and boats providing beautiful backdrops for photographs and an atmosphere that feels both romantic and relaxed.

Abigail and Oliver met Stuart from our team at a Master Builders House Hotel wedding showcase.
Initially a DJ was not on their radar because they considered them all to be tacky and would not play music to suite their vibe.
After a short chat about our customer led approach and demo of our music app they changed their views.
Reading our reviews when they got home sealed the deal and they emailed the same evening to book.
6 months before their special day we emailed a login to our client platform and they spent an enjoyable evening swiping through songs and giving us music guidance for their night.
A Less Overwhelming Experience
When we arrived on the evening the atmosphere was electric and we couldn’t wait to get started.
Abba featured very heavily in their song selections having grown up watching Mamma Mia.
Film songs in general featured heavily with tracks from Shrek, Cars, High School Musical and Angus Thongs and Perfect Snogging.
The overall mix included lots of noughties dance from David Guetta and Katy B, pop punk from Fall Out Boy and Panic At The Disco plus recent songs from Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter.
They had stamped their personality all over the music and clearly enjoyed the planning process.
The floor was full all night with all ages dancing at all times, partly due to the music but also because our couple danced non-stop.
In fact we don’t think we’ve ever seen a couple dance with each other as much as Oliver and Abigail and this had such a positive impact on the energy of the evening as a whole.

“Initially while planning our wedding, both my fiancé and I were not planning on booking a DJ.
We wanted to be as frugal as we could and decided we were not going to splurge on the music and (wrongly) thought DJs were tacky. How wrong we were!
We are so pleased to have come across Hampshire Event DJs at a wedding fair at our venue.
We booked them straight away, with the main selling point being the music ‘tinder’ service they offer which reassured us that we could still have the music we wanted while having a DJ.

The dance floor was full all night and I did not stop dancing.
My legs were in bits for the days following the wedding as I had danced SO hard.
