We take a tremendous amount of satisfaction providing brilliant service for every client.
It’s even more rewarding when they found us without the referral of a friend or venue.
This was the case for Peter and Tess who needed a wedding DJ at The Mill At Gordleton.

Like many couples who marry in the New Forest they live outside of the area.
They sourced suppliers with the guidance of a wedding planner friend.
She suggested a DJ with solid reviews but after meeting they felt his style wasn’t right for them.
Party games were not their thing regardless of how well executed.
They wanted a contemporary mix of music which was relevant to their tastes and also suit their family and friends.
Getting the soundtrack right was especially important for Peter who had a musical background and actually composed and produced the march Tess would make her entrance with (which wasn’t the first time we’ve had a groom compose and record something specifically for his bride). After a little bit of searching online they found us, arranged to meet for a coffee and we instantly hit it off.

“We Needed To Book Them”
Tess said after in her facebook review “ As soon as we met and got chatting we knew that we needed to book them in!
Their approach is so personal and you can have as much or as little input into the playlist as you want’. Dan was absolutely wonderful and had the perfect timing to get everyone on the dance floor!”

“They are the height of professionalism and have always been a pleasure to talk to, always been very fast at answering any questions and making last minute changes! We had such a wonderful evening and can’t recommend Hampshire Event DJs highly enough!”
Every supplier agreed afterwards Tess and Peter were a dream couple to work for.
It was our pleasure to give them a perfect day.

Preferred Suppliers
It was our first chance to DJ at The Mill at Gordleton and afterwards they invited us to become preferred suppliers.
We were delighted to accept the chance to work with another outstanding wedding location.
This venue is really unique, dates back to the 17th century and the gardens have been described by The Times as “one of the most picturesque of any hotels in Britain”.
Large wedding receptions take place in a marquee built on a permanent hard standing to the side of the site.

Thanks to Tash & Will for the photos (you’ll recognise Tess and Peter on their front page).
Catering at The Mill was provided by our friends at Ginger.
