Upwaltham Barns is a beautifully restored family run wedding venue in West Sussex.
The spacious site is exclusively yours to celebrate with your family and friends.
Spacious restored flint barns comfortably host 150 in the day and 170 in the evening with ample room to socialise in the spacious sheltered courtyard and hidden garden complete with Moroccan snug.
When it comes to photos, the wildflower meadow and surrounding South Downs countryside provide a stunning backdrop.
Our first visit to Upwaltham Barns was in spring 2019 for Fiona and Ross.
They were very laid back with their approach to music the only guidance they provided was a first dance a few days before.
We arrived to set up in the South Barn as the wedding breakfast was finishing and noted serval tables of female guests of mixed ages without partners.
This, couples with the fact it was a Friday during half term led us to believe our couple were teachers.
We knew we would be in for a lively night and guests were up and dancing well in advance of the couple taking to the floor for their first dance, which was noted by Nicola from the venue.
She was also very complimentary of our modern, stylish set-up and the way our uplighting picked out the detail on the walls in the South Barn.
