Not only can it help to keep the budget down, but if you’ve relocated to another part of the country it will reduce the costs for your family and many friends as they negate the need for a hotel stay.
A marquee or stretch tent in the garden of a family home is the perfect location to celebrate.
Felix and Becky found us online 6 months before their wedding date.
They live in London but chose to marry at his family home on the edge of The New Forest.
Because of the location they knew they would require our all day service for the ceremony music, wedding breakfast background and evening party.

A deposit was swiftly paid to reserve their date on the Bank Holiday Sunday at the end of May.
We then began discussing specific requirements for the day.

Over the following months we worked closely with our couple over their sound requirements for the ceremony, reception drinks, wedding breakfast and evening party.
Without on the day coordinators it is really important suppliers have superb communication.
We took the imitative to introduce ourselves to their celebrant so they felt confident everything would run smoothly during the most important part of the day.
During the final week we discussed the script and they provided us with clear verbal cues so our DJ knew exactly what to play in and when.
Every detail was covered from the ceremony entrance music by Paramore, the First Dance and final song of the night.
It always feels a privilege to spend the entire day with a couple in their own home.
We witness so many wonderful moments we would otherwise miss when providing an evening reception.
It feels good to be able to contribute more to their day.
Often by the end we feel more like a member of extended family.
