Weddings In the Wood is an exclusive use venue in the heart of The New Forest National Park.
The green lawns and woodland areas create a magical, secluded setting for your big day.
It’s a blank canvas to decorate as you see fit with a variety of spaces to use with the events team on hand to attend to every detail.
You can enjoy your ceremony surrounded by nature in the blessing area and if the weather doesn’t oblige, the oak beamed Carpenters Barn is the perfect alternative.
There is a large marquee which can accommodate up to 125 and on a warm day the sides open up allowing the outside in.
In the evening it’s back inside the Carpenters Barn to party or you might prefer to chat outside by the campfire after dark, toasting marshmallows and staring up at the stars.
Accommodation includes The Bridal Hut for the happy couple and there are 9 Sheppard’s huts which can accommodate up to 36 guests.
There is also a provision for camping and camper vans too.
Kieran & Lauren booked us as a priority for their summer wedding, the same day as receiving confirmation of the date from the venue and registrar!
They wasted no time paying a deposit and giving music guidance via our ‘Party Music Tinder” app where they highlighted lots of tracks they wanted to hear and a few with cheesy dance routines to avoid.
It took them some time to decide on a first dance and eventually opted for a track by Jack Johnson just a few weeks before.
On the day our DJ Martin had plenty of choice to work with and they partied hard into the night with club classics from Robin S, Neyo, Gala and The Swedish House Mafia.
