Dating back to the 18th century, the hotel and ship building village are full of Georgian charm.
The hamlet is surrounded by stunning scenery which will provide your photographer with plenty of creative opportunities.

New Years Eve New Forest Wedding
Our most recent wedding at The Master Builders House was on New Years Eve.
Rob & Ben followed the venues recommendation and booked with us.
They had exclusive use of the hotel and filled it with family and friends, many of whom were from their university days.
We knew a lot of music from 2008 to 2013 would provide a huge nostalgia bounce for them and their guests. We met online a few weeks before and they gave us very broad music guidelines including pop disco and funk from the 70s, 80s and 90s plus some tropical house.
They gave us a lot of flexibility with 8 songs they wanted to hear and 3 they didn’t.
As you’ll see from the photos it was all we needed to create an amazing night!
The couple were keen to keep their first dance brief and launch straight into the party so after the first verse and chorus we welcomed their guests to join them on the floor.
The requests kept coming with everything from Shy FX to Sean Paul.
Naturally we paused at midnight to mark the start of the new year.
Dan’s split second timing from a career in radio meant this was spot on and the preceding song finished at exactly the right moment for Big Ben.
A few days later the couple left some feedback online.
