Their party started while still light with a carefully choreographed first dance. Then everyone joined in and continued into the night with family and friends on the dancefloor.
As usual we illuminated the marquee to match the colour theme of their day with our complimentary uplighting.
Everything They Had Asked For
Our 2019 season at Somerley began last month with a party in the main house for Mr & Mrs Carter.
Music is very important to Sophie & Jez and we carefully curated an entire evening of tunes from the list of tracks provided.
We took great care to ensure we had everything they had asked for with us on the night.
Sophie said afterwards “We gave him a gigantic (overwhelming?!) playlist to choose from. He brilliantly read the dance floor to keep guests dancing all night.
We were especially pleased to have a DJ who would play only from our list as we have strong opinions on music we don’t like.
Their set-up and take-down were discreet and all the technical aspects (lighting, speakers, volume) perfect for the space we had”.
Their guests didn’t want us to stop and they certainly kept our friends at NJAC Event Bars busy right up until last orders.
