The Hampshire Event DJs team consider ourselves lucky to work with some of the most exclusive venues in the south with event planners and suppliers who all have attention to detail at the very heart of what they do. One such team are Bournemouth Beach Weddings. We have DJ’d for them since they were granted permission to host evening receptions on the sand near the West Cliff lift and their parties are always great nights. Last weekend was no exception. We met Sophia and Paul the bride and groom last year at one of the Beach Weddings Open Days. Rooksbury Events
Our 2017 Wedding Season is underway with 2 very different parties at one rather fantastic venue. We’ve been to DJ at Rooksbury Park twice in as many weeks. This wonderful grade 2 listed building is at the end of a long sweeping drive just outside Wickham off the A32 and used to be home to a prep school but now provides facilities for conferences, outdoor events and weddings. Our first booking to DJ a wedding at Rooksbury Park was a small party for Brett and Chloe in one of the large rooms at the back of the main hall for around 40 family and friends. Hilton Chilworth
It’s been a really positive week for me in all aspects of work with lots of positive feedback. I did my first wedding of the year last weekend at the Hilton Chilworth and it felt a long time coming as Anna and Rob booked me for it over 12 months ago. I woke up this morning to find they had interrupted their honeymoon to email a note of thanks : This was a welcome end to a week which saw us celebrating a record audience at Wave 105, the radio station where I’ve hosted the afternoon show for almost 10 years. In the latest quarterly figures I’ve achieved a record 17.8% share of all radio listening in the area, which is 3 times more than Radio 1 and larger than the other 5 main commercial competitors.
